The Vision
Chole & Co Wellness is pioneering a Regenerative Health Coaching Agency in the UK, addressing the root causes of imbalance through a holistic, integrated approach that combines regenerative nutrition, spiritual wellness, pastoral care, and business strategy.
We empower high-achieving female entrepreneurs to reclaim vitality, restore balance, and achieve peak performance without burnout. At the same time, through our Community Interest Company — The Renewal Project — we provide accessible, holistic wellness services to underserved women in Newham and Bournemouth.
The Founder
With over 20 years of public sector experience, trade union activism, and advising female entrepreneurs, our founder brings a unique blend of professional expertise and deep personal passion to wellness.
A certified health coach with ongoing training in regenerative health and pastoral care, she has dedicated hundreds of hours to community engagement, professional development, and building the systems that make transformative wellness accessible to all.
